Flying Fish introduces a fresh approach to Sydney’s finest seafood, featuring the best from Australian and New Zealand waters. Each dish focuses on maximizing flavor with minimal waste.
As part of the venue’s relaunch under Dedes, the entire print catalogues and assets were redesigned with a modern and fresh outlook. The new design captures the refined yet relaxed ambiance of the restaurant, enhancing the dining experience while showcasing the culinary excellence and welcoming atmosphere of the venue.
